Services
SL Publishing offers a range of services, including book writing, editing, publishing, marketing, and design. The specific details and scope of each service are outlined in your order agreement.
Revision Policy
Depending on the package selected, revisions may be included. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions as long as the requested changes are consistent with the original order specifications. Any modifications that deviate from the initial requirements may incur additional charges.
Refund Policy
Revisions may be included depending on the package selected. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions, provided the requests remain consistent with the original order specifications. Any changes that alter the initial requirements may be subject to additional fees.
Change of Mind
A 100% refund is available if no work has commenced on your project—meaning no team has been assigned and no progress has been made.
If work has already begun and you choose to cancel within the first 24 hours, you may be eligible for a partial refund. We recommend coordinating directly with your assigned project manager to ensure a smooth resolution.
Once deliverables have been provided and revisions have been utilized, refund requests will no longer be accepted. However, customers are encouraged to discuss possible compensation options with their project manager.
Incompetent Delivery
Customers may request a refund if project errors arise due to mistakes made during the requirement analysis phase.
To address such issues, we offer unlimited revisions and allow up to three team changes to ensure the project meets your expectations.
Late Delivery
The standard turnaround time for deliverables is 10-15 business days.
If three late delivery attempts are made due to the company’s fault, a refund may be processed.
How to Claim Your Refund
Inform your project manager about your concerns and reason for requesting a refund.
If your project manager is unavailable, contact customer service at (817) 799-8644.
Alternatively, email your request to Info@slpublishing.com.
Refunds Timeframe
Refunds can only be claimed before the project is completed.
Requests filed after project completion will be reviewed based on approvals and prior communications.
Non-Issuance of Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for minor issues, such as grammatical errors, typing mistakes, or word count discrepancies. Instead, partial refunds or discounts for future purchases may be offered.
Intellectual Property Rights
By placing an order, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you provide. SL Publishing will not be held liable for any intellectual property infringement resulting from materials submitted by the Customer.
Confidentiality
SL Publishing treats all information provided by customers as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.
